Clint Deitch

Growing up in a family of farmers, it’s no wonder Clint has both the passion and knowledge for this vocation. A 3rd-generation farmer, his father and grandfather were involved in agriculture long before he was born! That tradition has driven him to grow Crop Partners into the diverse, family-operated, agriculture supply company that it is today.
Top-notch service is a priority to Clint, but if he doesn’t answer his phone or respond to your email right way, it’s probably because he’s also very busy serving his community and church. In any spare time, Clint enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their kids, Laney and Luke.

Ryan Craig

We’re not sure how Ryan did in his high school algebra class, but what we do know is that he has the right equation to produce successful yields for all his agronomy customers. Ryan loves working with farmers who share the same drive and passion that he has because with the hard work of our customers combined with the product recommendations and agronomy expertise from Ryan, you’re sure to be harvesting great results year after year. When not at Crop Partners, he enjoys working on the family farm and spending time with his wife, Kiley, and kids, Rebel and Riot.

Josh McNelly

Growing up, Josh spent time helping his dad farm. He went to college at William Jewell, goofed off, played football for four years, and somehow graduated with a degree in Computer Science. Josh decided not to put that degree to use and started selling insurance in 2004. While Crop Partners appreciates having an IT guy in-house, Josh prefers and enjoys helping people explore their many options with their insurance policy.
When not at work, we can find Josh and his wife, Jeni, hauling around their four (yes four) kids, Jace, Jagger, Jax, and Jaylie to one of their school or sporting events or at home cheering on the Royals, Chiefs, or Tigers while trying to cross items off his honey do list.

Anita Didier

Anita is a life-long Richmond resident, who along with her husband Randy, raised three boys. They are very proud of their 7 grandkids. Anita has spent 38 years selling all lines of insurance in Ray County. One of Anita’s favorite parts of her career has been developing meaningful friendships with clients over the years. She is excited to join Crop Partners and continue building those friendships in Carroll County. When not at work, we can find Anita enjoying lake time and boating with her family and friends.

Danielle Deitch

If you asked Danielle about her occupation she would most likely respond with “mom". And though most of her time is spent caring for her and Clint’s children, Laney (8) and Luke (6) she definitely has an impact on the day to day operations at Crop Partners. She adds her touch in things like community involvement, costumer relations, marketing, and the little extras that make Crop Partners such a great place to work and do business. Danielle is our “idea person” and is continually brainstorming ways to help Crop Partners grow as a company and have a positive impact in our community. When Danielle isn’t working she enjoys “helping” Clint with woodworking and home improvement projects and supporting Laney and Luke in their many activities. She also enjoys spending time reading, listening to podcasts and tackling home improvement and redecorating projects!

Nan Hutcheson

As the office administrator, part social media marketer, part organizational aficionado, part insurance sales, Nan wears many hats within the organization and is adding more every day. She might even show off her forklift driving skills occasionally. So, whether it’s mailing statements, writing Facebook posts, or writing up insurance policies, you’ll find her behind the scenes – and she’s just fine with that! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her animals, reading, baking, spending quality time with family and friends and volunteering in her church and community.
